Age Concern Eastbourne now has three charity shops:

Here are a few words by Lydia Buchanan about volunteering at the shops:
"Our
shop volunteers not only make an important contribution to Age Concern
Eastbourne finances which means we ca
n
continue to provide services for older people locally, but they also
help our customers with information and provide a friendly smile.
Our volunteers are both young and old and have a range of skills and abilities. I'm keen to continue to promote volunteering in our shops, as a role for people of all ages, men, women and with different levels of commitment.
So
if you're interested in what we do, or if you know of anyone interested
in volunteering at any of our shops, please ring for a chat, or even
better, pop in and see what our volunteers do."
